[Board] Whit Saidla Memorial Service

Whit has been a member for 40 years and has worked on many, many 
different projects and donated a great deal of his time and money and 
resources on efforts to make the PYC a better place for its members.  I 
strongly support the request.  If necessary, I am sure I can get a group 
together that will help with any clean up required.  My thought is that 
this is a special event that the board can sanction as a one time 
activity.  We have done this in the past.  If we charge for the event, 
we violate the clubhouse rules which state that only Mondays and 
Thursdays are available for private parties.
