[Board] Whit Saidla Memorial Service

Hi,

I have been in touch with Whit's son Christian who is interested in having
his father's memorial at PYC.  I do not know the precedent of such an event.
The dates he and his brother were looking at are Sunday, July 24 or Sunday,
July 31st. I have talked to Jerry and the 22nd is a large Friday event so
perhaps the 31st would be easier on the club but either day would work.  Do
we charge the family for this Sunday afternoon event from approximately 12
to 3 and up to 100 people?  

Please let me know how this works so I can get back to them by tomorrow.
