I do not know the precedent of such an event. The dates he and his brother were looking at are Sunday, July 24 or Sunday, July 31st. I have talked to Jerry and the 22nd is a large Friday event so perhaps the 31st would be easier on the club but either day would work. Do we charge the family for this Sunday afternoon event from approximately 12 to 3 and up to 100 people? Please let me know how this works so I can get back to them by tomorrow. I strongly support the request. If necessary, I am sure I can get a group together that will help with any clean up required. My thought is that this is a special event that the board can sanction as a one time activity. We have done this in the past. If we charge for the event, we violate the clubhouse rules which state that only Mondays and Thursdays are available for private parties.
