[Board] Board of Directors Meeting June 9, 2016

Hi Nanc

I have asked Steve Knollmeyer to come to the meeting to give us his 
feedback on the new mooring ball as I watched what happened during the 
episode he had recently with the mooring ball going under the boat.  Is 
that OK with you?  I told him I would check to make sure it is OK with you.
