Don't know if there is a simple answer, or if this might need discussion;
Does the club carry liability insurance for the flag officers and directors?
If so, is I supplemented by a significant umbrella policy?  Do we have
Errors & Omissions insurance?  (For the unlikely event if someone is
seriously injured or killed on the premises)
