[Board] Shoals and Local Moorings

Thanks Roy,
It appears we still need to take a look at what is out there soon. Perhaps
the IOS needs to be looked at first...but we certainly do not want anything
to happen again like last year. Perhaps what we need to look at is our
contract and see if there are some loose spots that need to change for next
year. If any of you are heading out to the Shoals soon, can you give the
moorings a look.
