[Board] Article 14

I just got off the phone with Joe Nadeau discussing article 14 and the One
Sky situation.  He feels that this article prevents a member from using the
club for commercial gain, and does not affect the board's ability to allow
the use of the club for a private function, thus the use of the club by One
Sky is totally permissible.

 

He did however suggest that we draw up a set of rules for this board (and
not necessarily future boards) outlining what type of activities are
permissible (I.e.  we allow non-profits but not political organizations).
He would be happy to review those board rules and I said I would be happy to
draft a set for review unless someone else wants to do it.   

 

If you  have any ideas as to what should be included in these board rules
for use of the club, please let me know.
