Hi Nancy - 

Compensation Inquiry is a good description of the topic. 

We could go into Executive Session, and tell the Board 
that I suggested that Chris Weller receive compensation 
as the Treasurer and Secretary do. But that you think it 
would also be good to review whether any compensation 
should also be given to Flag Officers (dues forgiven, 
dinners paid for, or other). That is, if you want to address 
that. It seemed that you thought that would be appropriate 
when we spoke, but, if it now seems awkward, I'll follow 
your lead in the meeting.
