[Board] One Sky Request - Answer?

I think we should definitely support them on a Monday or Thursday night 
as a private event.  I do have one question, however, in that I thought 
it went against the bylaws (Article XIV) to hold "fund raising" events 
at the PYC other than those that are raising funds for the PYC.  Maybe 
Joe Nadeau should be asked to clarify this.
