[Board] Board Agenda for tomorrow's meeting

Hi Nanc,I have to fly tomorrow. I don't expect to get back until late tomorrow night. Then back out again on Saturday. I won't be able to make the meeting/party, or the Christmas dinner dance. Maybe next year. I hope to be here for the New Years brunch. 
Please extend my wishes for a Merry Christmas to all.
