[Board] Agenda and DES report

I think we should invite him too. Or at least have him submit a report of what has been repaired, what is left and the planned next steps.
Should we be thinking of who else would be a candidate for some training so we have a backup? Do we know if the training is an annual thing or a one time shot?

You should talk to as he has Jerry responded to DES and been told that the permit will be given back to us when Jerry attends the class for operators. He has also cleaned up many of the issues stated in the letter from DES.
