[Board] Agenda and DES report

[Dan Gingras]

Attached you will find the November 12th Agenda and the letter from the
State of New Hampshire Department of Environmental services.  I've asked
Paul Roy who was present at the inspection to attend the meeting to discuss
this VERY serious matter.  We have the potential to be fined thousands of
dollars, and we have a very small window to rectify any deficiencies.

 

Please advise if you want anything added to the agenda.
