[Board] Special request

I am pretty sure we have looked into this, it has been a PYC limit. The number that the town is concerned with is our Place of Assembly code which I believe is 130 with tables and chairs in the main building with 14 additional seat allowed in the porch. We are allowed 200 in a chair only seating configuration. The placard stating this is on the wall next to the ice machine.

I think it might be to late - plus I think New Castle planning board minutes have to be checked where it was special exception. Going by a selectman not knowing is not a good avenue to follow.

There is no clear  directions concerning adding member petitions to the annual meeting (nor any directions about BOD inclusions… perhaps we need to address this)

Carol indicates that she can add a slip of paper to the mailing.
