[Board] Special request

[Dan Gingras]

Al Williams and a couple of other members have petitioned that a vote on
increasing the membership be added to the annual meeting.

 

There is no clear  directions concerning adding member petitions to the
annual meeting (nor any directions about BOD inclusions. perhaps we need to
address this)   

 

Carol indicates that she can add a slip of paper to the mailing.
