    Can you rewrite the term limits to limit it to 3 consecutive terms as an officer?    There was a consensus that  3 terms would be ok (not sure why since a board term is only 4 years… )

Dan, the language to make the changes you want the board to consider is attached. I am sending copies to the other constitution committee members for any comments they may have.

If the board changes the language it would be helpful to run it by us before it becomes final to make sure it dies what you want it to do. Also, including the explanation will make it easier for the members understand the purpose of the change.
