Subject: [Board] Use of PYC

Just a quick question.  I have been asked to host  a cocktail party for the
Great Island Garden Club on either Tuesday, September 1 or Thursday,
September 3rd.  Neither either date are booked and since 14 members of PYC
are members of GIGC I was wondering if the Board could consider it a
community gift?  I have enough money in my budget to pay a staff member but
not the rental fee.  I would appreciate all your input.

If 14 members of the GIGC are PYC members, seems to me the question is a 
moot point.  Do it!
