If you feel we have no risk of the pipes freezing the water can be turned on. Bill your call. Went by this morning - and it looks relatively dry. Stained of course, but much dryer than this past weekend. Regarding Workparty activities. No water, it will be cool, and most likely a 60%+ chance of rain. Not much in the way of actionable items other than maybe screen repairs and getting the deck screen panels in place. No painting and no cleaning means not much else can be done. Best case is we isolate the bar hot/cold water lines from the mains and can then maybe get the club watered up and the heads working. It is warm enough now so that I would not worry about any freezing. Thoughts? I suggest we send out a message canceling except for anyone with building skills and we concentrate on : 1- Removing the carpet in front of thebar 2- Install the subfloor (Someone will have to pick up the material) 3- Frame the front of the bar We can then order the water turned on but we need to get the backflow preventers in place first.
