[Board] Clubhouse & Dock rules

A quick question out to the Board.   Does anyone have any anecdotal
information about any changes or accommodations made or allowed over the
years which would have modified the definitions of LOA as defined in
section 11 of the Club & Dock rules?

Also of interest is anything which speaks to what, if any overhang of the
main dock is to be allowed, even if the boat for any assigned slip meets
the min/max length? The current written rules are not specific in this
regard.
