[Board] PYC Bar

*HI All

This is great news.  There will be a lot of happy club members when they 
find out we can keep the current ambiance at the bar.  I think its 
fantastic that Great Bay Marine has offered to do this.  It shows that 
PYC is a well respected part of the marine community in Portsmouth.  I 
think we should jump on this offer.  And free ... amazing!  I will look 
forward to the next board meeting to discuss this
