[Board] Bill Pelletier - new email address

Good morning all - I should have set this up before, but...

Unfortunately, I get a lot of email - and I mean - a lot.  To keep PYC
items in the forefront, I will be using an alternate address for Board,
Membership Directory, and V/C use.

>From today forward, my email address used for the Board at PortsmouthYC.org
distribution as well as ViceCommodore at PortsmouthYC.org forwarding will be "
Bill.Pelletier.PYC at gmail.com".

Sorry for any confusion..
