[Board] Just a point of clarification on Wally Johnson Jr's obit

I just wanted to clarify why in our announcement about Wally's passing that we listed him as a member when at our last board meeting we accepted his resignation. Because he listed us in his obituary as a member I felt that we did not need to classify him as something different and felt that out of respect we list him as such. I hope you understand, thank you.
