[Board] Up coming Newsletter information

Greetings Board Members and Committee Chairs

Attached you will find a list of the  dates your articles are required for
the 2014 PYC newsletter.  Please put these dates in your calendar.  If you
are efficient and totally in control of your information please feel free to
send it before the required dates.  Please note that you will be sending
your articles to  me at nancy at gulley.com and to Chris Weller at
cyweller at comcast.net.  The information due on February  9th must be to
Christina by that date as she is going out of town and has to have the
newsletter completed before her departure.

 

The March and April newsletter will each have an article informing the
members that we are going to be going paper free.  If members have no email
address on record we will mail them a copy, but if there is an email address
MAY NEWSLETTERS WILL BE SENT OUT ELECTRONICALLY.

 

If you have any questions or suggestions please let me know - also, if I
should add some names to this list please let me know asap.
