[Board] Slip Issue

Since the notifications have been traditionally sent by post we might be better served by changing the House & Dock slightly so as to add the e-mail option. Dick, you’ll have enough whining & bitching to listen to without adding to same!

Given these two definitions from Merriam-Webster it seems to me that we can send notifications via  email.  Am I wrong?
