All,

I noticed one statement in the minutes of Exec. session I believe is in error. Greenwood has been responsible for annual fuel system checks for several years. This must be filed with the state. The monthly checks have always been PYC’s responsibility and the form must be kept on file by PYC. They are not required to be routinely filed with the state unless requested.
