[Board] Annual Meeting

Hello, Greg - 


I have reviewed the agendas of the past 3 Annual Meetings and have found that they have not included an offering of honorary membership to the submarine commanders stationed in Portsmouth. 
I believe it was suggested verbally at the end of the meeting in 2010, and Commanders of submarines stationed in Portsmouth at that time were added as Honorary members. 


Since then, some have been removed because, apparently, the submarine left for sea duty. There is no mechanism for keeping up with Commanders in port other than returned/undeliverable mail. 


We should include a verbal request during discussion of Honorary Members tonight to include the Submarine Commanders, and I'll make sure the topic is included in the minutes.

Greetings, 

I was reviewing the notice for tomorrows meeting and discovered a slight omission. Traditionally PYC has proffered honorary membership to the commanders of those submarines at the Shipyard for overhaul along with those listed. I am not current as to what boats are here with the exception, of course, USS Miami which suffered arson created fire. 
Also I believe there are actually only 3 USCG Cutters currently home ported here ie;USCGC Reliance, Campbell, &Tahoma.
