Ken,

You may already be a possessor of some good news. That news being that the Army Corps of Engineers has finally “Seen the Light”. PYC  & PCYC are to apparently to remain in possession of at least 5 moorings in the Cove! This based on the “Grandfather” argument.

Without your good work with Frank Frisbee it is very doubtful we would be where we are today. On behalf of the Flag Officers, the PYC BOD and myself I would like to render you a resounding “HUZZAH!”
