That news being that the Army Corps of Engineers has finally “Seen the Light”. PYC & PCYC are to apparently to remain in possession of at least 5 moorings in the Cove! This based on the “Grandfather” argument. Without your good work with Frank Frisbee it is very doubtful we would be where we are today.
