Jerry, 

If you are referring to PYC I’m sure you are correct. The letter we received from the “Feds” was regarding PCYC.  PCYC being a registered Maine corporation wholly owned & controlled by PYC. I believe I have the letter in question in my briefcase which, unfortunately, is in Portsmouth, I am in Florida. I am planning to make every attempt to make Thursday’s meeting where hopefully all can be revealed! (space available travel can be fun!!!)
