Tina,

Are you physic?? I was going to call/e-mail you today regarding conference room. Yes, it will be a great help if PYC can use the room November –April. The meetings are normally the 2nd Thursday of each month with 14 in attendance, 12 Directors plus Secretary & Treasurer. If at any time meeting date changes someone on the BOD will call/ e-mail such info.

Just checking to see if you need to use our conference room again from November 2011 through April 2012.  Please let me know.  I have to have a staff person stay during your meetings and I need to make arrangements.  Also could you verify the time (7-9 PM) dates (second Thursday of every month) that you will be here and approximately how many individuals will be attending, so I know how to set the room up.
