Greetings,

Attached is the latest/final “Real” version. After a Flag discussion it was decided to NOT include any suggested text for Appendices A & B on the proposed Constitutional changes to duties of V/C & R/C.

It was felt that doing so might open the door to extended second guessing an d fruitless discussion at the Annual Meeting since as stated in the change this is the province of the BOD. If questions arise at the Meeting I will address the issue and so state. ie. The BOD will decide & assign!
