After a Flag discussion it was decided to NOT include any suggested text for Appendices A & B on the proposed Constitutional changes to duties of V/C & R/C. It was felt that doing so might open the door to extended second guessing an d fruitless discussion at the Annual Meeting since as stated in the change this is the province of the BOD.
