Dave McCardle has volunteered to do all of the running around to make
sure all signatures are collected.  

 

The bank  lost all of the paperwork that Bill Rushforth and I did when
the office changed.  That is why they only had Bill and Tony on the
account until last week when they added mine after I went in asked Matt
Fitch what was going on. They have admitted to losing the paperwork.  

 

Dave called me last week and we discussed this so when you have made the
decision as to another signer please let me know.  I think I have
paperwork in my box at the club for signatures, etc.

Greetings,

 

I spoke with the folks at Federal Savings this morning. 

 

They have been in the process of updating all their records (not only
us). Anyhow their records still show Tony & Bill on the account as well
as Jerry Karcher. They do know that Bill  resigned but records still
show him there.

 

What they need are minutes of BOD meeting showing that which I have
extracted from the website. We now should come to a collective decision
as to who else should have account authority. It has been suggested that
it should be a Flag Officer. That however might be awkward as them same
procedure of removal would become a repetitive exercise. Your thoughts
please!
