[Board] Do you know if anyone went to the fish farm hearing last night?

Charlie,

The Meeting/ Hearing was at 1000 on Tuesday 24May11 at the Fish & Game office in Durham. Both Paul Goldberg & I were there and had casual conversations with several people, including Chip Tacetta. I spoke during the formal “hearing” phase. Briefly my comments centered on the PYC’s concern for safety ie. collision potential. We were pleased to be told that the cages will be equipped with lights (solar) & radar reflectors.

Our conclusion is that Chip wants, very much, to be a good neighbor and cooperate with PYC as he tries to enhance his income. 

Paul & I will have an in-depth brief at our next BOD meeting.
