[Board] Private Party

While we are thinking about posting the club balance sheet...(I agree with 
Charlie's point of view), another issue has arisen to contemplate.

According to the clubhouse rules, the club may be rented for private 
parties on Mondays (Thursday except in July and Aug and when there is a 
board meeting). Times other than these require Board approval.  I believe 
an event is scheduled for a night other than is in the clubhouse rules (I 
do not have the exact day in front of me).  I may have missed it, but did 
the board approve this night, if in fact my memory is correct???

Thanks for any clarification and I apologize if everything above is in 
error.
