Dan,

 

I have caught up on what's happening at the Club via the board reports.

 

I don't know if you remember a conversation that we had in the past
regarding 

the "complete" financials be included as part of the BoD minutes and / or
posted at the Club.

 

I am sure the treasurer's reports are fine but the last several board
meeting

minutes have not shown or discussed the financial position of the club like
in the 

Past i.e; cash on hand, % of budget spent/remaining, etc).

 

I believe some "numbers" need to be referenced at a minimum in the board
meeting minutes.

I would prefer the completed Treasurer's report be made part of the public
record just like

the B of D Meeting minutes are.

 

Can you please bring my concern to the board for consideration and
discussion?
