Greetings All,
 
As you know P/C Jon Scott passed away last Saturday. Previously 
established protocol has required that BOD members attend as a group, if 
at all possible. I believe there will be an announcement of a Memorial 
Service in near term. It would be a good thing for us to be there. Jon was 
a good guy and I think Peggy would appreciate the gesture
