[Board] Mortgage closing

   Mortgage extension closing schedule with Tim Dargan is on 23Dec10 at 1100. Paul and I will be there to sign appropriate documents. The closing costs per BOD will be paid out of cash on hand. We can debit the account or you can cut a check. Since the Board has voted to pay the closing costs, my view is that debiting the account would be the simplest. If you or the BOD have any questions. please let me know.
