This is the BOD approved amount as a gift in the name of P/C Art Dionne in lieu of a personal gift. The tradition has been to give the outgoing Commodore a gift at the New Year brunch. This at Art’s request. Once you have the check in hand I can pick it up or whatever is convenient for you. I’ll then enclose with an appropriate letter to the Gundalow Co. Paul and I will be there to sign appropriate documents. The closing costs per BOD will be paid out of cash on hand. We can debit the account or you can cut a check. Since the Board has voted to pay the closing costs, my view is that debiting the account would be the simplest. If you or the BOD have any questions. please let me know.
