Barbara,
I have $3,250 in checks which equals 65 paying members
I have $300 in cash from dinners which equals 6 paying members
I note $100 in cash due from members for non-attendance which represents 2 members.
I note a stipend reduction for the Cartnick’s which represents 2 members.
I note 8 dinners for non-paying band members, etc bringing total dinners to 83 which ties to PCC.
I note as receiving back the $200 I advanced for the bank.
I note an additional $300 from the raffle, however, I have no information regarding the raffle.
Total revenue from function = $4,050.
Total expense for function = $3,948.67 plus minor decoration costs not know to date.
Deposit to be made = $4,050 minus stipend charge of $100 plus bank cash of $200 minus $100 owed for no shows = $4,050.
I am glad it was a fun evening. Please let me know if there are any discrepancies in our numbers. If I do not hear of any issues I will get the check to PCC tomorrow.
Jerry

Hello:
This is to confirm that we chatted on the phone today, about money in the safe at Portsmouth Country Club. Two piles of monies, one for meals, (1) mostly checks and (2) raffle money. Just tell me what you get for each of those piles. I have receipts for decorations which I will send you. Some stuff I did not use. I hope to return the items this week.
There is a sheet of payments and notes in with the monies. Questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Payment to Portsmouth Country Club, 83 Dinners:
Notes: Cartnicks, Club pays
(8) Band members (including Glenn Michael)
and two guests that helped me that evening, Club pays
Skeels called in sick with the flu. They understand they
will be billed.
73 people paid for meals that evening.
This was great fun. I will be doing next year also.
Aren't you lucky that you had such a good friend. I just hope the scotch he had was excellent.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Good luck for the coming year. The PYC members are just the best.
Sincerely,
Barbara Michael

Hi Barbara,
The birthday boy at the party I went to kept feeding me scotch and I totally forgot the pick-up at PCC, as did my date. I apologize.
Kevin Potts from PCC had mentioned that there were 83 on his sheet, however, you mentioned 70, plus the two illnesses and the Cartnicks (I assume 2) which totals 74. I would assume those that organize, etc would not have to pay so can you provide me a list of those names so I may reconcile to Kevin’s list?
I may be missing other info as well, I will check on that when I pick up the funds. My entire staff is out today so I will not make it over to PCC until lunch time today.
I hope the party was fun.

The money box is in the PCC safe. There are two piles of money. Checks and little cash for the dinner dance. The second pile is from the raffle. Please tell me what we made on the raffle.
The Skeels called about 9AM Saturday morning. They were BOTH down with the flu. They could not attend. They realize they are still responsible for their reservations. Just bill them unless since they seemed to be ill, PYC may see that they do not have to pay.
You had 70 paying customers, the Cartnicks stipend from the Club.
Questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Thank you.
Barbara Michael
