Please find attached November 30, 2010 financial numbers. Please print
the attachment out for your records.

Cash accounts are reconciled.  Obviously there has been minimal activity
for the month of November.

I have grouped the mooring income and expense together.  I have the 2011
membership invoices ready to send out and have based the slip, mooring
and locker amounts on last year's numbers.

Jerry, very nice, and very useful, to have these documents in advance of the 
meeting.  Thank you for that.

The addition of the column labeled "2010 Forecast" is great.  That will be 
most helpful as we move along.
