Hi All
I agree with Dudley .
There is a reminder on the newsletter, as well as on the website, to sign up for electronic delivery and cancel paper copy delivery. Carole and I have a list of members who have asked for that (Thirty five members have asked, I do not have Dudley on that list. The list that Dudley is on is the PYC email list for news and communication). I send the newsletter to those members electronically at the time that it goes to the printer. When Dan puts the newsletter on the website, he sends out an email to the PYC email list, letting them know that it is on the website, with a link to the website. It is possible that when members get that message, they assume that they are signed up to receive the electronic copy and cancel the paper copy. It looks like Dan and/or I should send out an email to the PYC email list to clarify that before the next newsletter goes out.
