The note requested by then-Commodore Dionne called for us to be able to borrow an amount UP TO $55,000, with no prepayment penalty, and I think that's what we want.  

I also think we make a great mistake by not approaching another bank (Optima?) for a loan alternative.  We just might get a better deal.  I think FSB might be taking us for granted.

Sorry these are in the wrong order. We are still trying to figure out our new computer. I want to draw your attention to Loan Amount – The total amount exceeds that authorized by the membership.  On page 2 – Penalty: I don’t totally understand the meaning. I will attempt to clarify with the bank. Any input, please call or e-mail me.
