[Board] Congratulations

Chris,
 I have been away most of the summer and have not attended many Wed dinners. Tonight I saw what a difference you have made this year. Attracting a new (very good) caterer was something none of us had been able to accomplish in at least the past 5 years, which is bringing in the crowds like were there tonight. The town folks who are members are finally enjoying the Club, which in turn creates a strong local volunteer base. Many of them did not come to Stan's dinners which were worse every year. Now there is a waiting list!
I also congratulate you on the "seating chart" . It was a great solution to the "sign up early" issues and I heard several people say  tonight how nice that was. You have also help create a surplus in the budget by the success of your events.
I can only say I wish I had done as good a job when I was V/C as you have this year. I sincerely congratulate you.
