[Board] Life membeship proposal

[Dan Gingras]

Carole Marvin called me and asked me to present this to the board.   They
also asked me to co-sponsor it so I'm attaching two copies one  a scan from
the Marvins with their signature and one PDF with mine.

 

Unfortunately I will be cruising at the time of the next board meeting, so I
want to get this in time to be considered at the annual meeting.

 

Since Ed and Judy have moved to Florida, this will open up a membership slot
for a participating member.
